Part Time Clinical Consultant – Pharmacist – 4- 8 hours/week

DESCRIPTION

This is a part time position required to commit on average 4-8 working hours / week.

In this role you will attend to needs of our clients in Calgary Alberta.

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Pharmacy, the Clinical Consultant Pharmacist will:

• Ensure regular scheduled visits are made to all assigned long- term care facilities, including attending team and committee meetings
• Complete quality assurance audits and resident assessments
• Maintain a strong working partnership with the management team and staff at long-term care facilities
• Ensure regular documentation of clinical duties
• Maintain a professional attitude and image while representing MediSystem Technologies Inc.
• Assist in development and implementation of industry leading clinical pharmacy service
• Actively participate in a self-directed continuing education programs

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Current license from Alberta College of Pharmacists.
• Good knowledge of pharmacy operations.
• Excellent customer service, presentation and time management skills.
