Automed Technician – MediSystem
What you’ll be doing:
- generate, process and dispense weekly/daily home multi-dose prescriptions
- including repacks and immediate prescriptions
- dispense emergency replacements packs
- handle minor errors
- maintain Automed machine mechanics
- basic troubleshooting
What you need to be successful:
- high attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work quickly and consistently
- positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude
- experience working in high prescription volume pharmacy
- high School Diploma and/or Pharmacy Technician Diploma from accredited college
What will make you stand out from the crowd:
- exposure to Hospital or Long Term Care Pharmacy
- some retail pharmacy experience (1 year or more)
- experience working with running machines
- demonstrated ability to learn quickly
